Paolo Caredda learnt everything from his father in the seventh generation in Southern Italy. All his “dolci italiani” are made the way his father and grandfather liked it. Apart from Paolo Caredda, there is no one else in Switzerland to still know this trade.

Seit 1998 produziert unser italienischer Familienbetrieb feinste Patisserie, wobei wir sehr grossen Wert auf die italienischen Varianten wie Amaretti, Aragoste und Cannoli Siciliani legen.

Ausserdem fertigen wir Ihnen Geburtstags-, Festtags- und besonders Hochzeitstorten, jeweils nach Ihren individuellen Wünschen von uns gestaltet.
